We had such a lovely stay, the hotel is very relaxed and friendly, the staff were all wonderful. The ski lifts are just outside, and there is a ski rental shop at the hotel, too, where the staff were also really helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the whole place is very understated and relaxing. We'd love to come back!

Nice and tidy breakfast, all you wanted was there in terms of variety of fruits, freshly baked bread, cold milk, cheeses, hams, sausages, cerials etc. The location is really nicely decorated and made you feel at home, staff was sometimes walking around, doing some small talks with the customers in between work tasks.

I really liked the lobby area with the cozy fireplace. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had alot of options. The three restaurants and the Café in the building were all really good, both atmosphere wise and quality of food.
I would recommend the spa for a relaxing moment. I really appreciated that they only let certain amount of people in at a time to guarantee your relaxation. Lockers for our skiing equipment was a big plus and kept our room dry:0) Location was perfect, close to the slopes and other activities, après ski, shopping and more.

Excellent hosts, they will do their best to suite your needs. Cabins are very compact but there is everything that one might need. Beautiful view from cabin, beautiful surrounding. Clean and cosy.

The hostel is superb. I was staying with my 2 sons for a short ski trip. The facilities are excellent- great showers/ WC facilities- drying room- everything you need - good kitchen, dining and communal areas. Cleanliness is immaculate

Excellent small skiing area. Ideal for beginners/intermediates. Expert skiers will be bored, although there is one specific black run that is very challenging. Most red/black runs are wide open and when compared to Alpine resorts would be classed as no more than hard blues or easy reds. Plenty of mountain restaurants.

Quiet area, where the hotel is situated, acctualy in the senter of town, very close to ski slopes - 5 minutes with the car - and you have some restaurants (chinese restaurant very near with excelent food) and the city "mall" at few minutes walk. The cinema is also near and 2 times per week is open. :)
If you are looking for the quiet area in this alpin resort here it is !
Very nice accommodation with a family atmosphere. We appreciated the great breakfast and the comfortable and clean room. The hotel is located in a small village with a great location for trips to nature. Convenient location for skiing in the Trysil resort with the possibility to go skiing in the Swedish resort Sälen. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and we are very happy to recommend it.
5 Stars! We had amazing time for a short stay at the Trysil Moderna Lodge. The location was a 4-minute drive to free parking at the ski resort, and the home is nothing short of spectacular: beautifully furnished, incredible kitchen, comfortable beds and living space, fast Wi-Fi, and immaculately clean. Host responded quickly to messages. Highly recommended, and hope to stay there again.
Nice, next-to-new apartment, with most essential items present. Friendly staff at the reception desk and also in the hallway prior to check-in time. Attentive service, again, from staff, when there was an issue with the ventilation system, which was very quickly remedied. Good access to ski lift, lockers, garage and close to various other amenities.
We loved the location, it is in the midst of everything and there is even a grocery store right below the apartment. The apartment was clean and our host/contact person Line was amazing and very helpful in every way, she gave us great recommendations and her response time was within minutes. Thank you and we will for sure be back!
Good variety of food in the buffet and always able to get seated, even though very busy in the mornings. Friendly hotel staff and a lovely spa and bar for after skiing. Views from the hotel balcony were lovely and mountain location for ski in and out was great, plus lockers for equipment and underground car parking,
The Spa treatment was amazing, even thou they had only 20 minutes massage booking available and I wanted more. The staff was very charismatic. The room was a good size and was very clean when I checked in. Good restaurants and amazing activities for kids, even thou I was without my children. Amazing location.
The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, especially the beds. It was like a home away from home, with plenty of space for luggage and relaxing in the chairs after a long day skiing. Definitely recommend the food, each meal was spectacular, the beer brewed on site was a nice touch and the staff were so friendly!
location is amazing! super easy shuttle to the mountain. the brewery was really cozy with a fireplace, the food was excellent and fresh breakfast everyday was a wonderful touch. walkable to town center which let us explore. the restaurant staff were super kind and helpful! we’d definitely come back
Great location, ski shuttle buses stopping 50m away, 2 supermarkets close and just a 10minute walk to the bus station. Other guests very considerate. Small but functional kitchen enabled us to cook some nights and eat out on others.

We loved the house so much (mind you its only the first floor so not an entire house). The house is very modern and spacious and super close to the ski lifts (2 minute drive).
