It’s like a fairytale! The accommodation feels like home and is super authentic, you’ll find it spacious, easily accommodate the amount of people written in the advert. Reindeer visiting you sometimes and occasional humpback whale. I found it has everything you could ask for in the kitchen. We cooked a few times and made breakfast every day. It’s fully equipped. The antique furniture is so comfy you wonder why we are nowadays buying couches and mdf stuff. Never change a thing about this gem! We absolutely loved it!

The location of the villa is great: easy to drive to yet surrounded by nature, very quiet. During drive we saw reindeer along the way. Only 2min drive away there's a very nice supermarket. We also saw northern night just from the balcony!
Our host is very friendly and always answer all the questions we have.

Wow, what an amazing villa. The beds were so comfy, the view was amazing, and the villa is brand new and very modern. Highly recommend if you´re looking for something out of the ordinary
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Amazing hosts and a very cool experience! The room was small but very clean and cozy, a proper cabin through and through! There was a small window with direct view to the water. The breakfast was very filling with multiple types of cereal and vegan milk (as requested by me beforehand). The location is right in the heart of Tromso and it was easy to find.
Overall a great experience, and would definitely recommend!
I was welcomed lby two super friendly girls. They showed me all the facilities and helped me with my luggage and even my bicycle. The breakfast was nice and they even provided me with vegan food. The cabin is small but cosy and had a sink. The shower was clean and super hot. Bonus was that the cabin was super dark and I had a nice sleep. The central location is also great.
It is a very cozy cottage in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped and spacious, clean and homey, great to have 3 bedrooms, separate bath and toilet, great washing facilities
Cottage in a very good location and well equipped. We spent very nice days there with a beautiful view of the village. The cottage is very cosy and worth recommending.
We chose Tromso Lodge because we wanted to stay in a cabin surrounded by snow and beautiful nature. Also, we hoped to witness the Northern Lights on the days we did not book tours, as the Lodge was located away from the city lights (and we did!).
We chose the new Explorer cabin and it was modern and beautiful with big windows (even on top) and a balcony facing amazing scenery and the river.
The breakfast was really good, tasty, and abundant!
The property is great, rooms are quite comfortable and nice, surrounding environment is breathtaking, very romantic and secluded. You reach either by car or bus, preferably you have your own car because you need to drive everywhere to get around. The staff was very helpful especially Lau and Mike they really accomodated to our needs and helped out whenever we needed anything. The food was great - both for lunch and dinner, wine selection was nice and the sauna was a good place to relax with a direct view on the pretty mountains.
Really nice campsite just a short cab ride from Tromso mainland or a 40 min walk. The lodge was comfortable and as an added bonus it was already warm and cosy on arrival.
The campsite is used by the local youth football team to generate funds for them which felt like we were doing something good for the community too!
We had a lovely stay. The cozy and wide cottage is warm, clean, practical and romantic. The owners are super nice and helpful, even they started the fireplace in advance for us. There is private and free parking. The farm has nice facilites, shared kitchen and bathroom. The best without doubts is that as the farm is outside the city, we were able to see the northern lights, right in front of the cottage. Highly recommended!!!
Lovely cosy wee lodge. Absolutely perfect for our short stay. We thought this added to the experience far more than staying in a city centre hotel. The lodge was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly. Saw the northern lights right outside our cabin 3 nights in a row - one of the best experiences of our lives.
