The house is an absolute delight. Its two floors with bedrooms upstairs so it was spacious. They left tea and coffee and a very nicely stocked kitchen for cooking. The chickens on the property were a fun touch. We’d love to visit again.

This is an exceptional property with a superb, thoughtful host in Johanna. I can’t praise it enough. The B&B is cosy and styled very well. Extremely well equipped - everything has been thought of. Secure parking right on the large drive. Johanna welcomed us with lovely gifts of delicious cake, fruit juice and Prosecco. She was so helpful in suggestions for getting to Amsterdam. And the location is wonderful. I’ve been to Netherlands a number of times before but never to the Waterland area. It is a magical, special rural area. Great place to base yourself - in the countryside but easy to travel to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmere.
