This CityCottage was perfect for our weekend away. So clean, modern, comfortable and the interior inside made it felt like home.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Very comfortable, well decorated appartment in a quiet environment in the countryside, close to the dunes and the sea. The closest train station is at 7-8 minutes ride by car. A good network of cycle paths nearby. The owner is welcoming and very helpful.
Stunningly beautiful boutique style accommodation. You couldn't ask for more from this accommodation, its perfect (and my husband and I stayed there for 2 weeks!) The location is perfect, a mere 8-minute walk from the train station and the restaurants and shops of the charming town of Castricum. I would highly recommend to stay here.
Cozy modern room in very pleasant colors. Wonderful location next to the beach and next to the beautiful dunes. Private and quiet place with birds singing in the morning. Great breakfast on the terrace next to the beach. Lovely next-door shop with handy staff and ice cream. Nice and handy welcoming gift.

I have stayed here a few times in the big room facing the station. Very comfortable and clean. Bed is big, cosy and always clean. Staff downstairs are friendly and accommodating - requested a late check-out at least twice and it was never an issue.
Dinner in the downstairs steak restaurant was nice. 1 minute walk to train station and super easy for access to Amsterdam, Alkmaar etc.
