The villa was amazing and clean. The place was very quiet and the view with nature all around you was amazing. The staff were amazing especially Hashan, he would literally come within two seconds whenever we contact him. The food was excellent and the fruits in the breakfast were so fresh and amazing especially the pineapple and the avocado. I am convinced that our stay wouldn't be the same without Hashan. He really made our stay exceptional and a lot easier. The pool and the room were cleaned properly whenever we requested it. The whole staff were very hospitable since the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants some relaxing time enjoying the view of the nature and trees and the lovely sounds of the birds.

We loved the pool and garden. It was secure and private. The pool was big and clean, and well tended by Supon, the villa keeper. We were there with our 2 kids and we had lots of space. The cot they provided was perfect for our toddler and doubled as a play pen. The AC was excellent with 2 central fans and 2 wall units - we didnt need to use the wall units at all. The bathroom was beautiful and partly open air over the shower. Communication with the owner was excellent. Supon recommended a fantastic tuk tuk driver Manuka who looked after us throughout our stay. He made popping up and down to the town very easy. This property is amazing value for money.

The staff is super friendly, helped me with every question I had and even waited with me at the bus station so I can catch the right bus.
The room is clean and very cozy. It is equipped with a safe, fridge, kettle and a fan/AC. This was by far the best room I stayed at in Sri Lanka. Would highly recommend if you are searching for a place in Hikkaduwa.
Very good choice place for relax. The room and the view are charming. The services with our buttler (Dilshan) were very high. The swim pool is private, which is a big bounce for this place. Hope to come back soon.
This was our first hotel on our first trip to Sri Lanka, and it left a very warm impression. We found this place very atmospheric and cozy, with delicious breakfasts and everything we need, close to the beach, but at the same time surrounded by the jungle. On the third floor there is a large veranda and lines for drying clothes, on the first floor there is a shower to rinse off after the sea. The room had a safe, refrigerator, hairdryer and kettle. When it rained, the hosts thoughtfully provided us with umbrellas.
It’s a large property set on a pretty quiet street. Though close to the train, I never heard any noise from there.

Really good value for money. The room had air-conditioning, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and cutlery. The bed was cozy and the surrounding is calm and quiet with lot of nature. People who are running the place is also good.

Staff delightful, they are kind and helpful. The room is spacious, comfy, and free unlimited wifi. Highly recommending their Srilankan breakfast. you should order it previous day before 8pm.
