Excellent new villa with the service like in a five-star hotel. The room was large, with air conditioning, a sofa, table, TV and a very comfortable bed. There is also a refrigerator, kettle, hot water always. The room had its own terrace with a table and chairs, which was a pleasant place to spend time. The villa is beautifully decorated, very cozy and calm, with a large swimming pool, very refreshing during hot hours. The location is excellent - a quiet place, but close to everything: supermarket, fruit shops, restaurants and a wine store. The sea is two minutes walk away. The hotel provides sun loungers and umbrellas. The beach is huge, incredibly beautiful and very uncrowded. Ideal for walking and relaxing. The waves are usually big but you can swim without any difficulties. There are no beach boys here and no one will bother you. Every morning you can watch local fishermen and even buy fresh fish from them, which will be prepared for you at the hotel. I would especially like to mention the staff. This villa has a really great team led by Gami. They take care of every guest and take into account all wishes, including breakfast preferences. I really had a great time here and hope to return one day!

I highly recommend everyone stay here! This has been the best accomodation I've booked through this platform. We received exceptional service that went above and beyond what was expected making us feel very welcomed. We were lucky enough to get given a tour of the local neighbourhood and beaches to visit on our stay, as well as complimentary yoga one evening which my partner and I loved. The food was great and the room very clean. Again, I highly recommend you stay here if visiting the town.

We booked this villa for our family holiday and this is really best place, if you like a rest closer to the nature! You will not need a TV, cause the "National geographic" will shows directly from the verand )) The villa having very comfortable and creative design, with perfect pool and palms outside. The beautiful kitchen, cleaning and ready to fix ALL your's requests (really, guys was ready to bring us a coffee at 4.00 a.m.!) No one problem with contact, booking, payment, check in/out. Everything was fantastic. The onsite staff were very helpfull and onsite chef bought/collected and cooked amazing meals for us throughout the stay. We were only charged for the actual purchase price of the drinks and food so it was very well priced. The site is huge and it is like being in your own massive hotel. I could not recommend this place more.

The upstart appartment of villa Nilupul is beautiful furnished with artfully handmade wooden furniture and appliances and they create an ambiance of homeliness and beauty.
The stay there was pleasant and we felt welcome and well cared for by the hosting family.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Kumu Beach is a cosy boutique hotel, which is mell managed by exceptional staff. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel premises are well maintained, with a lovely garden and excellent swimming pool.
The location of the property was perfect, just set back from an uncrowded beach at the edge of the non touristy town of Balapityia. I stayed in the garden bungalow which had had a recent addition of a veranda , making a perfect shady spot to chill and read. The staff made the ‘property ‘ though. All so caring . I was ill whilst there and they took me to the Doctors and then cooked food that I was able to eat and checked on me through the days - I was so well looked after.
Villa Carla is an idyllic spot right on a beautiful beach. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We were warmly welcomed and surprised by location, villa, atmosphere, staff, ocean. A very private, elegant & cosy hideaway, Indian Ocean quite in front our room, great breakfast was served, the staff took care of all our wishes, we also loved to visit the owners restaurant nearby, tasting all the fresh seafood. The owner speaks Italian & English. What a pity that our stay was so short. This accommodation is a good reason to come back and stay longer.
This hotel is a perfect place for relaxing holidays. It's quite small and very cozy, all rooms are furnitured with style, the territory is green and beautiful, the staff is always at your disposal.
There is a small beach just in front of the building. And most of the time you could be the only one swimming in the ocean!
The food is also great. The chef always tries to adjust the menu to your personal preferences.

We had a private villa, it was very cosy, tasty decor, comfy beds, good bathroom amenities. The most we enjoyed our own pool and veranda. We also loved very well kept garden and main pool, beach is beautiful. The main reason to go back is their staff. Our butler Hassan was exceptional! Also housekeeper(do not know his name) who always had smile on his face. Seeing him daily already made us feel so good. Food was suberb as well-barramundi fish was extremely good.
