the beach. It is very long and so beautiful.
Owner was very kindly, friendly and helpful
with everything. Breakfast also very delicious
and had a very tasty sri lankan items and
homemade by family. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend everyone stay here! This has been the best accomodation I've booked through this platform. We received exceptional service that went above and beyond what was expected making us feel very welcomed. We were lucky enough to get given a tour of the local neighbourhood and beaches to visit on our stay, as well as complimentary yoga one evening which my partner and I loved. The food was great and the room very clean. Again, I highly recommend you stay here if visiting the town.

The place is lovely with only 3 villas among the jungles. It’s nice to have breakfast among nature. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. And I liked the design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi was excellent. It’s around 6-7 minutes walking to the ocean.

I liked the location which, for birding was excellent. It was also a little way from the main tourist centres but only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The accommodation itself was excellent with a lovely pool, nice little kitchen and a friendly cat!
The caretaker host, Krishna, was impeccable, friendly and efficient. The bed was comfy and the ac sufficient.

Everything was fantastic. The onsite staff were very helpfull and onsite chef bought/collected and cooked amazing meals for us throughout the stay. We were only charged for the actual purchase price of the drinks and food so it was very well priced. The site is huge and it is like being in your own massive hotel. I could not recommend this place more.

Excellent new villa with the service like in a five-star hotel. The room was large, with air conditioning, a sofa, table, TV and a very comfortable bed. There is also a refrigerator, kettle, hot water always. The room had its own terrace with a table and chairs, which was a pleasant place to spend time. The villa is beautifully decorated, very cozy and calm, with a large swimming pool, very refreshing during hot hours. The location is excellent - a quiet place, but close to everything: supermarket, fruit shops, restaurants and a wine store. The sea is two minutes walk away. The hotel provides sun loungers and umbrellas. The beach is huge, incredibly beautiful and very uncrowded. Ideal for walking and relaxing. The waves are usually big but you can swim without any difficulties. There are no beach boys here and no one will bother you. Every morning you can watch local fishermen and even buy fresh fish from them, which will be prepared for you at the hotel. I would especially like to mention the staff. This villa has a really great team led by Gami. They take care of every guest and take into account all wishes, including breakfast preferences. I really had a great time here and hope to return one day!
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Everything, it couldn't have been more perfect. The ocean and beach setting, the fresh stylish interiors, impeccably maintained, pristine clean, the friendly attentive staff, the delicious food (breakfast is wonderful the fruit platter with so many tropical fruits wow) the peace and tranquillity, the plentiful day beds and sun loungers, the pool. Small and intimate yet private. Could not ask for more or better. An idyllic luxury retreat.
Jungle beach is an extremely beautiful small resort in the upper price range. Spread between mangrove trees a handful of bungalows and the restaurant seemingly disappear in nature. The tent-walled bungalows are spacious (except for the open bathrooms which are a bit on the small side), well maintained and well equipped. The beach in front of the resort is excellent and not very busy. Unfortunately we could spend only one night.
Our stay during the christmas days at Ahu Bay was excellent. Amazing views, spacious Rooms all with sea view, delicious food, very friendly and attentive staff. They really make every wish come true. I would rate the overall experience 10/10 and would really recommend it. Espacially to couples for a nice and romantic getaway in wonderful Sri Lanka!
Nilnara Villa was absolutely stunning, spacious, clean and cozy place to stay a few or even more days! It is located a bit away from the (urban) noise with a nice beach (great pool!) but at the same time very close (by tuk tuk/motorbike) to the near villages/cities. The stuff was always there for us and helped in any ways (even took us to the airport) and even the chef cooked us wonderful meals.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka. The Bungalow is directly at the beach (10 meters, so it is really part of the beach). You can hear the ocean while falling asleep. The breakfast was great and the staff is always nice, esp. Barbara who is owning the place.
Drinking water is for free at the bar. They have 2 Beachvolleyball courts and offer Yoga for a fair price.

We had amazing stay in this beautiful room! Villa is very cozy and comfortable. Also you can use clean and big kitchen with fridge, toaster and microwave. Most of all i liked the manager and owner Silva, he answered on all our questions and helped us a lot, also we was really happy with local food and especially breakfasts. I highly recommend this villa to everyone, quite cheap comfortable and cozy place ❤️
The hotel is located close to the beach inside a small shrubby area. There are AC rooms as well as separate Wood Cabins. The one we stayed is enough for 6 (easily) with few extra beds. The staff is friendly. The host even upgraded us to a wood cabin by the sea. There was no trouble at all. The food was delicious. Evening and morning in the beach is amazing. There is a bar by the beach as well.

The Hotel Manager Hassim along with the rest of the staff was very helpful and cheerful. Very professional service that left us with a feeling of safety and relaxation. 10/10 from my friend and I. Rooms were clean and food was on spot. Pool was cosy. Thank you and see you again! 🇩🇰🇱🇰
