Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
I really liked the staff and the place where the Homestay is.
It’s outside town therefore you can rent a Bike or/and a motorcycle and enjoy the countryside but you can also easily go to the center (15 minutes by cycling) - 20 minutes to the bamboo bridge.
The staff is also really nice and helpful with any question you may have.
The people were so welcoming and nice! We enjoyed our time at natural bungalows. The room is very simple and clean and we could rent a motorbike to get around easily. So the small distance to the village wasn‘t a problem.
The breakfast was simple and delicious and included in the price, which is phenomenal!
wish to say Thomas was a great host and tried to do anything you needed. but very limited english. But it is about 3,4 kms from town, its in a very village area and only really one open air cafe to eat ,only do beef soup sort of but she did do stir fried noodles for me.. really to far to town unless u pre arrange a tuk tuk or rent a motorbike which i did for 2 days to discover the countryside and temples and right on the Mekong river .
Nice location in the countryside but a short 2 minute ride to a local village and only 10 to town. Basic accommodation but great vfm. Food very good and cheap, lovely family and they are helpful arranging bus tickets. Recommend you hire a scooter. Only $5
Absolutely exceeded expectations. Great food, host and beautiful surroundings. Simple rooms but exactly what I was looking for. Love Kampong Cham and love Natural Bungalows. Will come again soon. Don't hesitate to book here.
Stunning views from the bungalow. Sunrises were awesome. Pool was large and well located. Bar was nice and also had great views of the Mekong river.
