Very nice place to stay. All was prepared for us before and even more - kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The owner is not speaking english but it was not a problem to agree on our accommodation and stay in the apartment. There is a parking place reserved for one car just in front of the house, and the other one we parked on the street just in front of the house.
Very quiet and nice environment.
The pool is rather small and a bit on the side. We spent a week there and it was always available to use for our kids. Small local shop is near by, and LIDL a bit further, so it's easy to buy all you need to spent a quality time there.

This is our first trip to Italy and Alice's apartments were the first where we stayed. And we are delighted, first of all, because we were lucky with the place where we stayed.
The apartments are spacious, bright and very clean.
There are all the dishes and kitchen utensils that everyone usually needs at home. We were pleased with the roaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker with delicious coffee. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher and everything for their use. Every detail is thought out. Furniture and equipment are in excellent condition.
Although the apartments are located in a favorite place for tourists, there is no noise either inside or on one of the two terraces. Within walking distance of the park and spa, restaurants. View of the park and Lake Garda.
Parking is free, directly under the house. We were warmly welcomed with two animals. Upon arrival, a gift of a bottle of wine, mineral water and excellent quality handmade soap awaited us.
The hostess is always in touch and takes care of the guests.
I recommend staying at Alice's apartments for those who are going to Lake Garda.

This was the perfect location to visit south Lake Garda, Verona and the very many wine producers. With a car full of luggage we loved the secure parking and the dog was very welcome. We ate a wonderful meal in the restaurant with great wine. Huge room and plenty of vineyards to walk the dog. Gorgeous pool.

Very lovely landlords/owners, cozy, clean and room with an original and individual touch and a very relaxed atmosphere.
Also, super cool breakfast - there is no buffet, so no waste (which I warmly welcome!) but the owners serve (literally!) everything you might need or want freshly in their kitchen.
My partner and I stayed here in June for 7 nights, it was so amazing! The view was stunning, the apartment was so spacious! Amazing showers and so clean.
The location was great, walk into sirmione center or to the peninsula and a shuttle bus near by if you don’t want to talk it!!

Cozy hotel in historic centre of Sirmione, rooms were as described, very nice and friendly staff, reception especially. The parking service and transport is a great bonus and huge attraction for our kids.
We had a lovely time there, Francesca, Sergio, Cristiana and Fatima, made us feel like home. The place is just idyllic, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a lovely view from the lake. One has the feeling of being at grandma’s house, cozy and full with memories of past times. I could come back every year.
The gardens were lovely and super cosy, absolutely loved having a private place to access the water with sunbeds and umbrellas. Breakfast was excellent and possible to eat it at the gardens, many pastries, fruit, a coffee machine can be used, fruit juice, cold cuts.. The bed was comfortable, the balcony was nice and cozy. We had a fridge in our room, blackout blinds. Most of the personnel was very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent
