Maria was wonderful. She helped us organise a taxi from the bus station and met us when we arrived. She was on hand all the time over whatsapp.
When we got there Maria greeted us with local pastries and showed us around the place.
It felt really as new and great condition, it was much nicer than we expected from the photos.

The house is quite big and perfectly equipped with all you need for some days.
The Owners, Sergio and Maria, are very available all the time, as they live just upstairs.
There is a park inside the villa. Very comfortable.
The walking way to the centre is a bit "rude", impossible to walk on by a stroller.

Great villa that we used for our yearly seminar. Allessandro was very nice and even gave us bigger pots to cook for the big group that we were.

The apartment is really cozy and well located. It has a beautiful balcony from which you can see the amazing sunsets from Mondello. The bedroom is comfortably big and the bed super snug. Summing up, all spaces are considerable spacious except the bathroom.
Very clean and cozy. Good location, close to the seaside, but it is quiet in the neighbourhood. There is a nice little garden where you can sit in the evening and enjoy a drink. It has been a really pleasant stay.
Our stay was wonderful. The guesthouse has a perfect location, very close to the beach and close to a parking lot where we can leave the car. The house is very cozy, with a beautiful garden and our room was incredible. Excellent breakfast! Alessandra and her family welcomed us with great affection and were super attentive to our honeymoon. Made our trip even better. I recommend Alemar B&B! ❤️
