Jagdish was a great host!! We really liked the villa and pool. It was also convenient to order food from the hotel or get food delivered from outside. The rooms were cleaned daily and Jagdish and team made sure we had all the things we need.

My host Saloni was exceptionally amazing as we visited Taj to celebrate mum’s 75th bday and Saloni made sure that room is decorated for her special day.
Wish we could have stayed longer but the hotel got sold out when we tried for extension.

A fantastic heritage home in the heart of Panjim that I was glad to unwind in for a few days. It is like stepping back in time and the rooms are beautifully kept and decorated. Clifton and Jeanette were incredibly considerate and helped with the smallest of queries and went the extra mile to aid my unwell friend by suggesting medication and making comforting home remedies. There couldn’t be a better place to experience local culture and hospitality!
Everything was just amazing. Cozy, super clean, comfortable. Definitely safe for solo traveling woman. Very nice, friendly and helpful family staff. Charming heritage house, quiet location right next to St Sebastian chapel. Restaurants, coffee shops and grocery nearby. Delicious breakfast served on the green and refreshing roof terrace. I will definitely come back!
The team was very polite and friendly. Location just perfect a hop step and jump away from public transportation, restaurants, clubs, pubs, jetty, cruises and Churches and Temples. You would love how many people visit the area and particularly this hotel to click photos of the picturesque streets. Comfy and cozy rooms not too big not too small very tastefully done up. And to know the hotel is a heritage property. The breakfast was ample and quite tasty.

The hotel is charming and has a lovely swimming pool area with sunbeds that is cosy and not too busy. You can see the small sand beach which just a few steps away. The food is ok, the rooms are nice and clean. Very nice chill and boutique hotel, a few elements are old school but nothing too disturbing. Super nice staff.

The location of the property is picture-perfect. The views from our property are unbeatable - can't get more Goa-er. It's at a walkable distance from various galleries, restaurants and the famous Joseph bar.
The property, as I understood from the owner, was restored in heritage Goan style fairly recently. The interiors, floor tiles, the balcony are all immaculately done.
Overall, it was great value for money.
The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Roy and Sharon are very thoughtful and warm hosts. It is a perfect charming place to soak in the heritage of Fontainhas. It has a lot of nice eateries around to explore and is very close to the famous Panjim church. You can't go wrong with this place. Good for families as well as young travellers.
