Booked the villa to spend a day with my family and my friends.
We had a great time, the caretaker was nice and helpful, the place was as advertised and also very clean.
Definitely recommended for a family of 8 to 10 people.

You will get at least what is been listed no surprises when you arrive, like some of the listing does. This is my biggest positive point about the property.
Property is located in peaceful area, both host and caretaker are supportive and always available for help, this is something made the stay hassle free and relaxing. Property is nice and clean and big enough for 6 person easily extra bedding was available which can accommodate additional upto 4 person.
Host or caretaker don't bother you or put up any restrictions, of course property has set of guidelines which are very reasonable and needs to be followed.
Kitchen is available and cooking can be done as long as one keep the place clean and tidy you won't face any problem.
I am looking forward to visiting again whenever I will be in Lonavala and do recommend this property over others. This property is real value for money.

The property is definitely luxurious. The pool is private and is amazing and huge. It’s quite big. The villa is very very clean and the living area is huge. The location and view is breathtaking. We had an amazing stay and would love to come again. The rooms were big and washrooms were so clean. Everything was perfect and the villa is as shown in the photos. Simply wow!

We were a few colleagues visiting the property for a retreat.it was so nice and the property has the most amazing view. The Pawna lake is right in front of your eyes and the infinity pool was incredible. The food was ol good!

Cleanliness, courteous staff and delicious veg food
Nestled amidst picturesque surroundings, this 2BHK villa offers a charming retreat for those seeking peace and tranquility. From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed by the inviting ambiance and homely atmosphere.
The villa's two bedrooms are cozy yet comfortable, each adorned with soft linens and tasteful decor. With ample natural light streaming in through the windows, these bedrooms provide a serene sanctuary for rest and relaxation.
We only booked leoncino villa a day before our visit, but what a little find it was! Our room was basic, nevertheless clean and spacious with an en-suite bathroom. The grounds were lovely though, and the pool in the left side of the bungalow wa big, but perfect for lazing around on a Sunday afternoon. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, they gave us local tips for the area, booked taxi's and rented us bikes. If your looking for some cozy accommodation in the lonavala area, don't look any further than here!
Lovely cottage located in a green environment. Lots of birds around.
The care taker and his spouse were very courteous and looked after us very well.
The spouse is an excellent cook and provided us with delicious and wholesome vegetarian meals. The puran poli was a big highlight if tye stay.
Small but cozy. Very clean and well kept. We loved staying at this property. The cottage is very cute and has everything you need specially a cute lil swimming pool. Looking forward to our next stay, whenever that may be.
