Property is huge, rooms are clean and big.
We went during monsoon , breath taking view.
Food arrangements are good, local hotel is available to get timely food.
We enjoyed the river nearby.
Additionally, they had a good power backup in case of power failure.
Kitchen is fully functional. From plates to fridge everything is available right away.
One suggestion: the road to villa is difficult to find, better to call caretaker 10 min before reaching the location.
We even experienced Fireflies during our stay :)
We were accompanied by 2-3 friendly dogs as well which made us feel safe 😇

Austin, the home owner was very prompt and helpful. He called right after the booking and explained everything about the property and the location and how to reach there. The property is far from the hustle and bustle of the city. A river flows thats a 5 minutes walk away and the 5 dogs of the property make sure you get there safely. It was a serene experience staying at Lobville. There are multiple indoor and outdoor games provided by the property. The caretakers are prompt and the food they serve is also really good. The wifi was also connected to the inverters and had a healthy 50Mbps speed.
