Great view and facilities. Maria gave a great presentation making sure we were well informed about the area. She supplied us with a map of the area and it's surroundings with suggestions of restaurants to visit and beaches that we might want to explore.

I have never tried a cleaner location than this one. Very, very clean and neat, equipt with everything we needed.
The hosts are WONDERFUL people, warm and willing to help whenever they can.
The house is very cosy and the garden is a delight.

Villas are very nice. Looks as on the images posted here. They are spacious, well decorated, and equipped with anything you need. Pool and the villa itself get cleaned every day. There is a big and spacious parking at the back. Also being located into the forest, outside of the village, villas are very quiet and relaxefull. The host is a very nice and friendly lady. We had some wine and bevarages left in the fridge, as well as some food for our first breakfast. We got coffee capsulse every morning. There was also a very delicious lemon jam left for us. It was one of the tastiest things we have ever tried. We were 4 people and all of us loved it! We got 2 extra jars of it on our departure, which was such a lovely gester from our host. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Danae! :)

Amazing location set in a classic mountain town very close to Parga, around 6km drive. Stefanos son Vasilis, who was present on arrival was an amazing little translator to English (As we do not speak Greek) that made the communication a breeze. The location of the place is as authentic as you can get, basically on a cliff / mountain top, getting there through the tightest of small streets where Stefanos provides a pick up service and takes all luggage to the location, and then back to your car when leaving, as its will literally be impossible to drive your car to the house. It's a very short walk for the rest of your party to the house which only provides memories that will last forever.

Everything! The people were so nice. We even got a freshly made orange juice, it was so tasty! The apartement is beautiful and clean. You can easily walk to the centrum. They have a parking. We loved it there! The best apartment we ever stayed at (and we Travel a lot)

Blue Lilac is the most amazing villa we've stayed in. It's very new and very well maintained and cleaned. It's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed building with an amazing infinity pool with a stunning view over Parga. Elia is an excellent host, there when you need him, but respectful of your space also.

This little villa was fabulous, spotlessly clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Car parking on site. The pool was perfect. Andreas our host was brilliant, good communication and looked after us throughout, nothing was too much trouble! It was a 15 min walk down to Valtos beach and about 25 min in to Parga itself. You could drive it in 10

The convenient, quiet and pretty location just above Parga meant we could benefit from views and a breeze and feel immersed in nature whilst being able to quickly get into town. The villa itself was very clean and well appointed with a lovely and very generous outdoor space and a private pool that was bigger than we expected and the rooms were comfortable and A/C very good.
Nancy and Stefanos were very helpful and responsive, particularly when we had an emergency medical request and the cleaner was also very sweet and helpful and kept the villa spotless. Lastly, the gardens and surrounding olive groves are stunning, we could not stop taking pictures. We would love to come back and see how Asaya Hills Villas develops in the coming years and wish Nancy and Stefanos the best of luck!
Additionally, Parga is a great location, it's a stunning town, you can access Islands on boat trips and beaches by car or boat, take in local ruins and explore villages, get up to Syvota for further Island trips, drive inland to see the Acheron Gorge and River and if coming into Preveza also get down to Lefkada.

Great location. Very stylish cottage-vintage like apartmemt that was very well maintained. I appreciated the way it was kept and everything inside it was made to look vintage with great detail.
Host was very helpful and good mannered and so was the housekeeper.

And an extraordinary common area, with a beautiful pool, loungers, a trendy bar, and a barbecue area with necessary tables and accessories. The owners are very kind. Well located, a 15-minute drive from Parga and Lichnos. Outstanding value for money! We will return!

Cozy apartment with a small kitchen, bedroom with a balcony and a nice big terrace on the roof, with a view a great over the village and mountains. Stefanos and his family are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment accommodates very well 2 people, and more tightly a family with kids (who can sleep on the couch). The village itself is worth a visit, it has a few good restaurants and an overall feeling of staying among local people. The nearest beach is 15 min driving.
The studio was new, well equipped and cosy. Hosts were really nice and helpful, the whole family.
Location is good, you can park the car on the main road which is close, and there is a short path to the city center.
