A fantastic villa as the pictures suggest, located in a quiet part of the village next to a hotel. The property has lots of space; all the bedrooms are set-up nicely and the lounge area very comfortable. The outside pool area is lovely. The villa is a 5 minute drive to the local shops (great bakery!) and marina area. We stayed before the summer season started so most restaurants closed but they were busily being set-up. Local coast line provided many beach and snorkelling areas. A great luxurious base to explore the coast north and south of Sivota. Highly recommend this Villa.

Close, but not a good road to walk unfortunately. There you can get a set table on the beach and watch the sunset. Close to Sivota too, just 15 minutes drive with magnificent sea views. Also 25 minutes to wonderful Parga.
