The location is amazing if you want privacy and to be away from busy areas, 2 minutes walk from a quiet and stunning beach. The villa has a patio area and grassed area and is in a beautiful rock garden. Although it is one of 6 villas together, the layout means that you don't ever feel imposed on by the other villas. Nikiti and Neo Marmaras are only a 10 min drive away. It was nice to be able to spend the days relaxing but be able to go for a meal and drinks into Nikiti in the evening. We had an issue with our luggage and car hire and Maria and George went out of their way to help us even though it was really late andthe issue was not related to the accommodation. They made us feel instantly welcome. If I had had to spend a week stranded with no car or luggage I would have chosen here!

First and foremost, the host is a very friendly and warm lady and she not only helped us with all that we needed at the location, she also provided various amenities above what was stated. On to the rest, the location itself is excellent, beyond words. The view from the terrace is gorgeous both at dawn and dusk and at night you can see the other shore light up. The location also has a small private beach with very shallow water. And the most important thing, what a peaceful little village, not only around the house but the entire village was always very quiet and serene, you could hear the birds and crickets chirp. The peace and quiet did wonders for my rest. All in all, 10 out of 10, will 100% return in the future. Best wishes to the host!
