Usually I don't bother to critique properties, unless I had a real bad or exceptional experience. In this case I think it was one of the best I had. The view is breathtaking. You can't have enough of it. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. Thank you for the fruits and the nice coffee 😊. It easily accommodates 8 people. Everything was super clean, bedsheets, towels, WC's etc. Location wise it's two minutes from one of the best beaches of the island, 5 minutes drive from the port, and Vourkari underneath is a very cute small village with nice taverna's, relaxing bars and a mini market. Last but not least the owner is super helpful and nice 🙂. She offered us a free early check in since the apartment didn't had guests staying in the previous night. I definitely recommend this place and will certainly come back ✌️

The villa is absolutely wonderful. Beautifully designed, stylish, spacious and extremely comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. It has a few terraces with sea views, which you can choose for shade depending on the time of the day. The pool area is great, too. Location is fantastic - very quiet, but at the same within 10 minutes walk to the port with lots of facilities such as tavernas, bus stop and shops, and within 5 minutes walk from 2 beaches. To top it all, there is a nice taverna O Filipos almost next door, which you can reach in 2 minutes. Our host, Tasos, was very helpful, and he even left some water, fruit and traditional cheese and meat from Kea in the fridge for us upon arrival. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa for a family stay in Kea, or for a stay with friends.

The location was great. Walking distance to several restaurants and the sea and port but just behind so very peaceful. Undercover parking for the car was excellent considering the heat.The hosts mother met us with the keys and showed us how everything worked and was very helpful and welcoming. The fridge was stocked with local goodies including a large pot of honey and bread and cold cuts of meat etc.Everything looked very new and clean and well thought out. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with bottled water and plenty of working appliances (kettle/toaster etc}. All the bedrooms had air-conditioning with lovely bed linen and well fitting windows with metal screens to stop bugs. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and showers worked well. A washing machine was supplied. We booked and prepaid for four nights based on boat schedules on the internet. When we arrived on Kea we found the boat we had planned to take, to catch our plane at Athen's airport, did not exist so we had to cancel our last night and leave early. We informed our host as soon as possible and he agreed to refund us half of the last days charge and we could stay in the property until the evening (check out time normally 11am) when we caught the last ferry. Which we thought was fair.

A charming spot just a stone's throw from the main port, in a green setting. The rooms are magnificent, in traditional Cycladic style, tastefully decorated and very functional. And spotless clean. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. Communication was very easy and pleasant. A plus: his red wine is really superb.
