Our second time of staying and it felt like coming home. Lili made so many arrangements for us that made our travels easier - she is an exemplary host.

We stayed in this place for 10 days. We were a bit anxious when we booked because there was a single review and only a few pictures. By the time we got here, the reviews confirmed we had made a great choice. Beatrice started sharing information with us just before out flight took off. When we got there, she welcomed us with her son and explained everything to us. She gave us quick tips and which beach to visit the next morning. Throughout our stay she was always responsive, even at 7AM or 9PM. You can clearly see she spent a lot of time decorating the villas. Everything was amazing. The bed was soft and we had no trouble sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked. You have a fridge with a freezer, induction plate, oven, microwave, washing machine, tea kettle, coffee machine. This year there’s an unusually high amount of mosquitoes. We had several devices and a spray against them and with what we brought ourselves from home, we kept the bites to a minimum. The location is ideal for visiting the entire island. You are at most an hour away from everything. Plage de datcha is 10 minutes away, Caravelle is 15 minutes away, St Anne is 15-20 minutes. During the last two days of our stay we had a major problem. Both Beatrice and her husband, Joel, reacted quickly and did everything in their power to help us out. Furthermore, even though the checkout was at 1PM, we stayed until 3PM at no extra charge. In such places, they say the hosts make the difference. This is so true here. Thank you Beatrice and Joel for helping us out and making our stay memorable!
Tip: there’s a banana tree in the garden and the bananas were almost ripe now.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
We love that place and the host Lili ! It is very close to the airport and very cosy like a small cottage on 2 levels with one bathroom on each level, a kitchen and living-room on the first level. The host Lili owns a restaurant just beside, the food is amazing and it is very convenient! Lili can arrange you a transportation, phone a taxi for you if you need it. We just want to return!
Apartment is located in marvellous, quiet place. You only hear birds singing and see beautiful green landscape from the terrace. Lucette, the owner, is wonderful and helpful women. The apartment is roomy, clean and cosy. Big terrace with sun chair, table and chairs let you relax in the sun or in the shade. Few minutes walk to the nearby marina with restaurants and shops.
This is an ideal stopover for planes and ferries, and the staff are very helpful in providing a taxi service to and from. Thank you, Virginie!
Cecile, the owner, is a professional chef and laid on a delicious table d'hote dinner for us at 40 euros a head on the beautiful verandah. This included all drinks and multiple courses, and was also very sociable and entertaining.
The property is simple but charming.
