it was an absolutely amazing experience! The place was incredibly clean, from the moment you step inside, you can tell that every corner is meticulously maintained. We stayed at the House of Greenery for 2 nights, family with 3 children. It is a lovely guesthouse situated in a quiet alley.
The owners were welcoming, caring for all our needs and answering all our questions. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a huge living room, large bedroom and a large and convenient kitchen. Breakfast was delicious and very generous.
The location is perfect for exploring the sites around Kutaisi.

Amazing location! Intimate atmosphere, very romantic spots (molo, swimming pool, sauna), well maintained, new cottages and common spaces. We also had a great dinner in the restaurant with river view. There is a perfect silence with the natural sounds (birds, frogs etc). Really beautiful place 30 min away from Kutaisi. Reception till 8pm. Free parking.

The most cozy and comfortable place in Kutaisi. The hotel is completely new. Everything is high quality. The rooms are very clean. It is worth more than their price. The hosts are very kind, they help you in everything even if it is not their duty. Here you will find a beautiful yard, a kitchen in the yard, a barbecue area, fireplace, Wine place so called Marani. They make unique wine. Guest house is much more then you can see in pictures, just go, the coolest place to feel the local life.
In this house, one feels close to the nature, yet still Kutaisi is close. Neighbour's cows and chickens make the "village feeling" even stronger. Lots of birds singing many songs. The hammock area has nice romantic lighting.
Host were very hospitable and brought us delicious Georgian treats and otherwise made sure everything was ok.
We cooked some some barbeque and enjoyed the evening around the fireplace outside.
Good base for Prometheus caves and Martvili Canyon. Highly recommended.
Cottage Sataplia is a wonderful cabin tucked away in lush greenery. It offered a secluded, romantic escape, yet was only a 15-minute Maxim taxi ride from the city. Giorgi was a fantastic host, making communication easy and even sorting out our airport pickup. Highly recommend for a picturesque retreat away from the city.
Make sure to stop at a supermarket and stock up on food, drinks and snacks before you go.
Clean, central location, nice rooms. We were touched by nice teacups. We lit a fireplace in the garden sitting area and enjoyed tea and chats. We especially enjoyed being in a historical building which is a cultural heritage. Highly recommended
