My stay at this cottage was an experience I will treasure forever. From the scenery to the cozy accommodation and everything exceeded my expectations. this winter retreat will leave you with lasting memories and a desire to return. Luckily I got to experience heavy snow fall first time and the view out of window is magical.

Great value for money. The hotel offers bright, clean rooms with very good facilities at this pricepoint. The owners are extremely friendly and very concerned about their guest's comfort. I enjoyed the option to use the kitchen and coffee and tea facilities. In the evening I could cozy up in the shared livingroom with fireplace.
Ski-lift is just near entrance ~ 50meters. It was the only working lift for skiing in Feb 2023. Great breakfast, swimming pool, sauna, cosmetic procedures are good.
Great room service, you can request several room keys per person.

The cottage has a fantastic location near forest, where deers come! House is cosy and has a modern interior! I read a few reviews saying that the road is bad but i was very happy to see a newly made road!!!

This beautifully located, very cosy and comfortable cottage can easily make you feel like you're home. All hosts, Vladimir, Irakli and Emzar are very friendly, very attentive and always ready for help. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are very well equipped, new and clean. This place is highly recommended for a family stay.

The hotel is very nice, modern and good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful: we asked for cooking pan and it was brought within a minute, also the heating was also fixed within several minutes as well and also they allowed us to check-in earlier because room was ready. I really liked the way we have been treated ☺️
I also loved the fireplace outside and the main hall is very cosy to sit and enjoy, also there is a nice restaurant near by.
Stayed at room #307 (one bedroom). Super cozy, very romantic with a great view to mountain and center of Bakuriani. At walkable distance 2-3 restaurants and 3 grocery stores. Would stay again if ever visit again Bakuriani! Lovely owner and her daughter who assisted us!!!
