Location was perfect for us as we was visiting East Ruston Old Vicarage. The room was a nice location with a good view from our room. It was clean spacious and comfortable for our stay. The food was good and prompt for our evening meal.

We have known Anne and lorriefor many years they are always attentative .location lovely but not private. However only a 10 minute walk to all amenities. A very nice time in a comfortable lodge.thanks to everyone. Adrian and Julie Norfolk.
The pub and hotel was located right in the village centre, so a very convenient location for the cafes, restaurants, boat trips/hire and of course Roy’s. Plus only a short 5 minute walk to the station and Bure Valley Railway. The staff were friendly and my room (A small double) was very cosy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and you could reserve a table for the evening if you wished to have dinner at the pub.

Fantastic cottage, very clean and well equipped, even had towels and bedding. Fantastic hot tub. Family games in cupboard were great for kids. Great location, quiet and short walk to centre. Was a shame to leave, would definitely book again.
