This is the best of its kind ive ever stayed in and ive done so across Europe, Everything was perfect. It was too perfect actually because we will be back and I never go back to the same place twice :) Everything was there and lots of touches, a homemade red velvet cake, Cava in the fridge, a check in by the Host on the first evening but not intrusive. Clear instructions. Hot Tub all ready to go.

Location was amazing!!! The cottage is rustic and gave me the unique experience I was hoping for in terms of an authentic Peak District stone cottage stay. The beds were very comfortable and the central heating worked well; there was also enough hot water for all of us.

This old cottage is charming and made a great base for me & my Scottish sister-in-law to meet up and for me to show her around this part of Derbyshire, which I know well. It's really cosy and extremely well-equipped. I'd brought all sorts of basics - washing up liquid, loo roll etc, but everything was supplied. It was blissfully quiet and the location is perfect. We're already talking about a return visit!
