Great location near the centre of the village yet nice and quiet. The lodge itself is really nicely furnished and very well equipped with some nice touches that make it feel special. The beds were probably the most comfortable of anywhere I’ve stayed.
The icing on the cake was the village pub, The Ship, where the food and service are excellent- way better than standard pub menus.
This lodge has been decorated to a high standard. It makes the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. There is a lovely large enclosed decking area perfect for the warmer weather. TV has streaming whip is an added bonus.
Everything! The cottage was really lovely and comfortable. Amenities were great and everything was clean. Across from a lovely coffee shop / store and next to a lovely pub. Would definitely come again!
Just lovely, a really nice cottage, clean, tidy and beautifully finished. Perfect location for access to the North Norfolk coast. A real pleasure to return to every day after a hard day sunbathing on the beach.

I believe we booked the smallest of the 4 rooms available in the Ship and whereas this was compact it was cosy and everything was fully functional. We dined there each evening of our stay and the food / service were excellent. As for the breakfasts, they were off the chart. We were very happy and pleased with our stay and would definitely return.
We loved the cottage very clean,managed to do some washing,nice quiet village and only 3 miles to sheringham and 6 miles to cromer,lovely walks to the pebble beach.pub round the corner but need to book in advance,full for Sunday roast so got a takeaway,
