The rooms were beautiful and well equipped. Loved the fact we had our own gowns and sliders to use! the products in the bathroom smelt amazing, plenty of towels to use. it was very quiet, definitely a place to go to relax

On arrival was bright, bed was comfy, so was sofas. Was made to feel homely with large tv in lounge and tv's in both bedrooms and lovely fireplace. In fact, the chalet was very well equipped. The host was very quick responding to me when I left a message regarding a small issue i had with the coin meter, she was very friendly. We stayed two nights, so suited us just fine and would stay again.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The cottage was lovely in a great location. The cottage is really well equipped and very comfortable and very clean. Lots of wildlife to see and good walks from the cottage.
The tv reception wasn’t at all good and while we were staying there the owner did replace the tv with a more up to date one which was a great improvement.
We had excellent weather so there was lots to do. Not sure what it would have been like if it was raining all the time.
Two bathrooms with showers and one with a bath as well and very clean.
Cosy room with very comfortable bed in a great location to access the beach. Jane is a wonderful host and the food, if on chooses to also eat there, is excellent as well. Highly recommended!
Loved the location and the cottage was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We also loved the walk to Martham broad every morning where our border collie could have a little swim. Great footpath almost outside the door. Marsh harriers and a barn owl seen most days. Loved being next to a farm and seeing the cows just outside.
