Really lovely house in lovely village. Comfortable sitting room and nice bed. Good location from which to explore the wider area - close to Westward Ho!, Northam Burrows, Instow, Tapeley Gardens, etc - all very much enjoyed. Smart TV. Nice bed linen and bath sheets.

Lovely and clean even better it’s dog friendly with a little garden for them aswell. Will definitely be booking again.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Quiet location in the countryside. Log burner, well-resourced kitchen, home from home.
Bedrooms are a really good size and very clean and tidy. Opportunities to visit the animals.
Owners very welcoming and helpful.
Wonderful and secluded spot. Lovely little lake (ok, more a pond to be honest). The cabin is a little quirky, and a small window in the top attic room would be nice so you can get some air, but otherwise perfect, thank you.
What a very nice big house in a great environment.
On arrival we received a warm welcome from Sam (very nice hostess) with her dogs. The house consists of a cozy sitting room, fully equipped beautiful kitchen and a large shower room. On the first floor two large bedrooms, one small bedroom and a bathroom. We have been to Clovelly and to the coast of Hartland, both highly recommended. Stroking the donkeys in the morning and feeding the lambs, great!.
The lovely cottage was in a beautiful quiet area with easy access to RHS Rosemore and the coast. We ordered a homemade curry which was delicious and enormous for four people. Andy and Sam the hosts were really helpful and we would definitely go back.
