A very comfortable stay. Cosy room, nice biscuits, bottled water supplied. Dinner, which we enjoyed on the Wednesday was excellent. The inn was very busy, so booking is advisable. Breakfast at £10 per person was also excellent. Regardless of what you order, the charge is the same. A very generously filled omlete was the same cost as a full English breakfast.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and very clean. The location was idyllic. Staff were very friendly - particularly the lady who served breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent.

The room was lovely with patio doors to balcony and picture window with lovely view over the countryside. We were entertained by a very happy horse in the field opposite! The room was very clean and as the pub was closed during our stay it was very peaceful. Just what we needed. Like the addition of bottled water in the room. Would definitely stay again.

The room was marvellous , the views charming , farm land and a dilapidated farm house , lovely . The cables that ran outside the room had small birds drinking from the water droplets hanging from the cables . Comfortable bed , slightly awkward shower controls , maybe it's my worn out hands . The breakfast was marvellous, the staff approachable and sociable . What more do you want ?
