Everything about our stay and the cottage was perfect. The welcome was warm and friendly, greeted by Karen. The room was luxurious, we wanted for nothing. It was warm and welcoming with a fully stocked tea tray, lovely china cups nd a range of drinks on offer. Milk was kept in the fridge. The bathroom was a lovely size, shower ws nice and toiletries and fluffy towels provided. The bed was comfy and luxurious bedding.

Had a wonderful stay at the corner cottage. On first arrival the cottage was very clean and felt very spacious. We was very impressed with the door lock system! So easy! The cottage itself is very roomy we travelling as a party of 7 and was pleasantly surprised there was enough space for us all to sit in the living room!
the cottage is fully equipped in the kitchen and the livingroom had a wonderful selection of games and DVDs for the little ones! Nice picnic bench outside followed by a little court yard with a pingpong table safe space to let child run around b4 bed. high chairs and trvael cotts also included which was a bonus touch!
we checked out at 10am and went swimming for an hour and after we remembered we forgot my little ones soft toy returning to the cottage to collect it was no problem and the host dale has had brilliant communication from the moment we booked 100% recommend booking the corner cottage

The attention to detail was great. Hooks where needed, mirrors where needed, kitchen accessories all in good condition and plenty of them. The cottage is very clean and neutrally decorated. The location is good in relation to Filey.
The size and the size and the layout of the house was perfect. Attention to detail was amazing- usually there are lots of things missing in a s/c place, especially in the kitchen but we had everything we needed. The sofas in the living room were massive and extremely comfy meaning that we could all relax together. The welcome hamper was a fabulous touch and the communication with the owners was second to none. They were the most helpful friendliest self catering owners, I have ever dealt with.

We love filey its out UK home from home, after a stressful start to the year it really was just what we needed as a family. Love the Bay. Love shell cottage. The hosts were very helpful too. We will be back.
The house is beautiful. It has all you need for a week/weekend away with family or friends. All utensils, plates, and plastic, colourful ones for kids. The living room is so cosy and comfy that we didn't get a chance to have the Woodburner on, but we will do it next time. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bunks with doubles, so helpful with kids!
On arrival, there was a box of treats and some fizz, which was such a lovely touch!
All around, loved it, and the whole family said they would love to come again, but for a week.
