The location was great to access most of the Lake District. We enjoyed how modern, spacious and clean the house was and the quiet area surronding it. It was a great plus that they allowed dogs! We had good communication with the hosts and we appreciated how thorough they were with information on how to use the appliances, heater and shower cabin. They were even lovely enough to accomodate a bit of a late check out for us on a last minute notice. We really enjoyed out time there!

The house was nice and clean, every part of the house has been decorated beautifully - I love the industrial style. Perfect size for 4 of us, lovely spacious bathrooms and plenty of space downstairs so we weren't tripping over the dogs. Short drive into Penrith centre and about half an hour drive into Keswick. Sometimes when I've booked cottages in the past the pictures look better than real life but this definitely wasn't the case.
