Lovely location and really welcoming hosts. The information pack left was very useful. Can strongly recommend the Red Lion nearby for food. The Lodge was really clean and beautifully furnished. It's not often o sleep so well in strange beds but struggled to wake before 1000am.

Excellent value for money.
The room was immaculate. The views were fantastic and Hele even let us check in early. This was a lifesaver as we needed to get changed for a wedding.
Was lovely seeing animals walk around in the open as well. It's a shame we had so little time there.
Will come again for sure.

Perfect little overnight stay. Had everything we needed and more! The little cabin is well equipped and absolutely spotless. We loved everything about it especially the wonderful the host. Thank you for a great stay I am sure we will be back! :)
Very cosy place, nice view, hot tub is very nice & warm, very quiet location, 10 min walk to local pub but make sure you have cash as they don't take credit or debit card in the pub, apart from that it's lovely place for peace & quiet and nice getaway
Loved everything about the mamgu Lodge... peaceful, relaxing, private and the views are unbelievable and hot tub is brilliant.. was given a very warm welcome and arrived to freshly made cakes and drinks in the fridge. Will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to anyone who wants to escape for a relaxing break.
