The cottage is in a moorland location, in an elevated position giving lovely views across a valley. A short drive from shops, pubs, restaurants and other facilities. The cottage is very well equipped and a lot of thought has been put into giving visitors almost everything they would need. Spotlessly clean, well laid out, with high specification equipment. The very substantial, comfortable cleverly designed sofa bed was a bonus to our 3rd family member who used it. We will definitely be wanting to stay here again at every opportunity.

We were met by the owners who were friendly and welcoming. Cottage was in a beautiful setting with far reaching views. It was spotlessly clean, coal and logs supplied for fire. Comfy 4 poster bed. Single bedroom also. Basket and blankets supplied for a dog. Information for walks, pubs etc., Had a wonderful Sun lunch at Rose and Crown in Slaithwaite.
