It was very isolated with no one around which was perfect. We were very lucky to see monkjack deer in the morning. It was also the ideal location to visit family and other places of interest.

Everything was fine in the property, good size rooms, well decorated with a modern kitchen and bathroom which left us wanting for nothing. The garden looked great also but it wasn't the time of year to take advantage of it unfortunately.

Lovely private comfortable bungalow! It really felt like the hosts care about your stay, offering great amenities like plenty of towels, shampoos, washing up liquid, starter coffee's and little biscuits etc. It was also decorated for Christmas which was lovely! Also has a very secure terrace so dogs can be outside safely :)

Good-sized heated pool, great tennis courts, lovely countryside setting with beautiful grounds you can walk round. Our room was modern and kitted out with a new fan cooker and plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. Close to Saxmundham and Leiston for supermarkets and shops. Close to the beaches and lots of great walks.
