Our stay at Inverlael Bothy cottage was truly amazing. The Bothy cottage has been beautifully restored and is full of Olde World charm and character:- exposed beams, mezzanine and original stonework. The views of the surrounding mountains and loch are spectacular, from the adjoining conservatory, along with the wildlife and the host's herd of cows and hens. The host's hospitality and friendly warmth are second to none. Freshly laid eggs were provided and we were made to feel very welcome. If you are looking for a loving, caring holiday home, with an exceptional host and hospitality Inverlael Farmhouse and Bothy cottage should be your number 1 choice.

    Location was good with the cottage well positioned to explore the region but just enough out of town to experience the remote Scottish countryside. We stayed in the 1 bedroom bothy. The 2 bedroom cottage adjoining to the side had someone there but we neither heard nor saw them. Lovely view of the mountain to the front and some of the loch as well.

    Breakfast was not included in this booking. Great location. Only reason we booked this cottage. Baronial style fireplace available for burning logs. Very cozy when lit.

    The location of the cottage was good, with easy access to supermarkets. It had a homely feel to it which was really nice. We were fortunate to meet the owner Jayne, who was very pleasant and welcoming.
