Beautiful old 16th century cottage with charm and character. Very relaxing with hot tub & sauna. Comfortable beds and sofa.Very well equipped kitchen and fabulous welcome basket of goodies.
Lots of extras to make it special and a real home from home comfortable experience, e.g., coffee machine & pods, pizza oven, hair dryers, hot water bottles, fans, TV streaming service, and excellent WIFI.

We had a lovely week during the late July heatwave. The host Jo greeted us and was lovely. The cottage was clean, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great for trips inland or to the coast and had a couple of good pubs around a 25-minute stroll away. We made good use of the Bbq facilities and stargazers will appreciate the dark skies. All in an excellent week.

Had a wonderful stay at the owls hoot, a great couple of nights away with my girlfriend especially with having the hot tub and sauna to enjoy, there are other houses around you but it feels totally private as the garden isn't overlooked by the neighbours.
Definitely recommend and would love to stay again especially as it's fairly local to me.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Amazing location. Sitting in a hot tub looking over vast array of countryside and watching the sun set was just subliminal. What's not to love. We were so lucky with the weather as well and so overall it was just spectacular. Super cute gesture to give us some home made brownies on arrival. Just lovely.
Beautiful, homely accommodation with friendly, kind, and welcoming hosts (including gorgeous Poppy puppy!). You could tell that so much heart has gone into The Little Barn.
Idyllic location - the only sound came from nature (horses, sheep, bees, chickens, owls at night, and birds nesting!).
100% dog friendly - my mutts did not want to come home! Denham House is stunning, and the piece of woodland behind the barn was a lovely surprise.
The cottage was lovely and clean and cosy. Greg and Lucy had thought of everything with all the little extras and complimentary goodies on our arrival. The property was in a lovely little village with a pub within walking distance.
Almost everything was great, we had a lovely stay. Very comfortable, very good amenities, a gift of cider & chocolates on arrival. Excellent & helpful communication with our hosts. Fantastic to have ambience of quaint & ancient cottage but with all mod cons. But you must be prepared to handle steep & winding period staircase. Worth it for the beautiful bedroom upstairs!
This is a seriously cozy and charming place. There is everything you need here, and it’s very comfy and warm (in winter). And there’s a great pub two minutes walk away.
Amazing location. Very comfortable and well equipped. Sitting in the hot tub and looking over the countryside was magical. Would go back in a flash! Alice is a wonderful host, really responsive and helpful but maintains privacy.
We loved the little cottage at Kingfisher Nook. Set in Hoxne a lovely area, the cottage looks out onto the countryside. The cottage was beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Alice made us welcome with fresh scones, jam, strawberries and cream plus she even gave us some eggs from her chickens. We were very pleasantly surprised by this place and loved it,
