I arrived later than expected but the hosts couldn't have been nicer and even provided me with an evening meal after the local pub stopped serving. The cottage had everything I needed - natural setting, not too warm and not too cold; great breakfast conveniently made earlier than expected, good shower, spacious room. I would highly recommend this place to stay for a few days or more !

A cosy, beautifully clean cottage in a lovely village which is very well placed for walking in Wensleydale. There were plenty of logs for the log burner for the nights we were there.
The location was perfect. The cottage is very cosy, has stunning views. After hiking it was a pleasure to return to the cottage, light the wood burner and relax.
