Lovely B&B. Stayed for a night on the way to Scotland. Would have liked to stop for longer, the village of Greystoke is very interesting and a nice area for exploring the countryside. The local pub does a good meal. Family rooms are good size.

It was comfortable and a cosy stay. Jill hosted us, she is a wonderful lady. We were served a delicious English breakfast. Next time we plan a trip to Lake district, would definitely spend a night here. Highly recommended! Thank you beech house😃

Location in the village, a short walk from Quirky Workshops - a course there was the main purpose of our stay. The village pub is close by, with excellent food. The post office opposite was available for daily papers ans food essentials. The cottage was clean, comfortable and furnished to a high standard. T V and a log burner made it a cosy hideaway for an autumn break. Prompt attention to radiators reported faulty.

Lovely cottage. Great location. Very comfortable. Good quality kitchen utensils and crockery etc. Very pleased with our choice and would stay again if in the area. The Boot and Shoe pub was a bonus for us as it serves good food and is within easy walking distance. We had a great stay
