The home had everything we needed for a short stay. It was clean and warm with decent off-road parking. A small garden with seating was a bonus. Great location with a small Co-op within walking distance. Amazing views, from the front garden, across to the Blackisle.

This cottage is well equipped, its got everything you need on a holiday. I was surprised about the details. Fully equipped kitchen (10xbetter than in my home), 2 bathrooms with great showers, living room and a nice garden with your private sort of cabin where you can watch beautiful sunsets

Our hostess made our stay wonderful. A very friendly and accommodating atmosphere. We had everything we possibly could want. The breakfast was delicious and she was able to satisfy our appetites and more, whether it be a light or full breakfast. Our room was comfortable and we felt right at home. A short walk to downtown Inverness was a bonus.

Fitted our needs perfectly/ Near the airport for picking up early
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
We had a cosy stay and received a very warm welcome upon arrival. My partner enjoyed his breakfast tremendously, I slept in as I was unwell. The beds were very comfortable. There is nothing nicer when you travel than receiving a warm welcome, and a clean bed to sleep in. The bathroom that comes with the bedroom was large, and newly refurbished.
Wonderful Hosts - Horst & Guthrie it was like being greeted by family!
Comfortable bed.
Lovely decor.
Nice touches with milk and jams in fridge.
Very warm and cosy!
We were celebrating our wedding and our hosts even gifted us some Prosecco and a card.
They offered great recommendations for the local area and we also saw dolphins jumping out of the water!!
Breakfast is delicious and very friendly host. Very cosy decoration. The room and beds are very comfortable. Good place for holidays. will certainly recommend friends and relatives to stay in Hillhaven B&B.
Steven and Fiona make you feel very welcome and have a wealth of knowledge about the area. The location is fantastic, making you feel like you are deep in the middle of the countryside when in actual fact Fortrose town is just 5 mins down the hill. Their lovable Jack Russell dog Broxy is really friendly and the rooms are very cosy and spotlessly clean. We would stay in Hillhaven, when visiting the area again, for sure!
Great location in the Black Isle. The cottage was very cosy and comfortable with excellent facilities including the wood burning stove. The Christmas tree and decorations were a nice bonus for the time of year.
Lovely cottage in a superb location. This was our second visit this year and we will definitely be back, hopefully for longer than one night. The cottage was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our visit. Lovely restaurant only a two minute walk away, IV 10 it's called and lovely beach at Rosemarkie only a five minute drive
A cosy cottage where the owners had added extra touches to make it homely and relaxing.
Xbox, DVDS, novels, cleaning products, ice in the freezer, logs ready for the fire.
