We didn’t remain at the property as it wasn’t safe, we left. There was rubbish in the front garden piled up. Looking out of the sitting room window looked like a builders merchant with empty paint pots decorating and builders supplies as well as rubbish. The back door didn’t open at all. The downstairs toilet was taped with keep out signs. On the upstairs landing bed bases were stacked up and builders and decorating items were stacked alongside. Some of the windows, particularly upstairs were so dirty you almost couldn’t see outside. In the entrance hallway there were bare wires hanging out of the wall. In the sitting room a plug socket was hanging off the wall and the wires were exposed. The smoke alarm detector was beeping as the battery needed to be changed. A door was missing a hinge and was hanging off. Basically this house was in the middle of being renovated and was not ready or suitable to be marketed.
