the property is in a little cozy spot right near bala.. the setting is lovely and the property matches this.. its a wonderful place to stay the property was in two sections and both were modern and kept to a high standard with a lovely decking area and seating area between them.. the hosts were very polite and amazing at directing us to the property.. me and my partner had an amazing stay and the beds were perfect i had an amazing nights sleep.. we will definatly return 🙌🏻 if you have not stayed here yet book it now u wont regret it 😃

I bought my boyfriend the aqueduct canoeing experience as a gift for Christmas so we booked the shepherds hut for our stay. What a glorious corner of the earth! Waking up to the sound of the little creek that runs past the hut & the sound of the sheep is so relaxing. You have no signal so you have a few days away from hectic modern life. The views are absolutely stunning & the stars at night are amazing as there’s no light pollution! You can cozy up by the fire pit & even toast a few marshmallows. Laura was so lovely & helpful & I thank her for sharing her little paradise with us. I would highly recommend the shepherds hut if you’re in the area & wanting a few days “off grid”.

The beautiful location and the lodge was cosy - I slept well. I was made very welcome when I arrived and someone was on hand should I have any queries. My dog was also made welcome - there were treats, bowls, and a pet blanket for her.

The cottage was cozy. We were welcomed with a cream tea and other goodies. There were good free Wi fi. Well equipped kitchen with a lovely view. Two bathrooms in excellent condition. Plenty of places to do walking. Bus stop near by if you want to leave the car behind. Living room and both bedrooms had good television. There was a room for playing board games and reading.l lovely
Lovely hosts, with welcome package on arrival including home made bread which was very nice. The cottage was very cosy and welcoming with everything we could need for our stay. Great location too for all the places we wanted to visit in the area.
My recent stay at the charming Rhydydefaid Cwt Clyd - Cosy Hut nestled in the tranquil countryside was nothing short of enchanting. This rustic yet beautifully appointed accommodation offered an unforgettable escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Cottage was beautiful with so much character, location was in the middle of rolling hills and really well equipped. Fine for us to be in the middle of nowhere and cook in together with family/friends. House was big enough for us all to be in with big rooms and bathrooms. Lounge and fireplace was lovely.
The accommodation was brilliant and cosy, and it had everything that you need when travelling with the family. The host came to greet us even though we arrived late and made us feel very welcomed.
The cottage is clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything you need is provided. The kitchen is very well equipped and they provided us with some basics for breakfast, which was lovely!
The location is stunning, we will definitely come back if we have the chance.

We loved everything about Bryn Melyn, welcoming hosts, free parking, clean and well equipped cottage to name but a few. There were other facilities on site, games room, hot tub, firepit, fishing etc but unfortunately we didnt have time to try these out, maybe next time !! Great location, picturesque scenery and a pub within walking distance - Bryn Melyn is a hidden gem. Shelby, our cocker spaniel was also made to feel very welcome. Thank you Steve and Gul for making my birthday stay wonderful
We booked a self catering cottage and it was a fabulous place to stay, very helpful owners, lots of space, fantastic wood fired hot tub, great location in north Wales central to all the outdoor activities in the area
