Lovely secluded location. Private parking. Homely, cosy feel to the cottage. Great attention to detail. Nice touches by the owners, such as a Devonshire tea on arrival, and wood available for a log fire.

Views of Dartmoor(front garden/around property) were absolutely awesome. Driving to and from the property we were treated to magnificent views of Dartmoor at every turn. Rural, incredibly quiet/peaceful location. Views of and walking around the church were charming. Garden dining when the sun shone. Hosts very helpful, nice and discrete. Local Waitrose stocked the usual treats.

Sharn & Dave were very warm, welcoming & friendly host’s. The Cottage was exactly how we expected it to be ….! In the middle of nowhere away from everything. We were a family of 4 staying here for a short 3 night break. Cottage was large & adequate enough for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and there were DVD’s, Books, jigsaws & some games, for the children to use to keep them entertained. We would most definitely return & stay here again. Thank You Sharn & Dave

We decided to take a holiday away from the masses due to uncertainty about Covid, and were really glad with this gem of a cottage in amazing untouched landscape of west Devon. The extra space and facilities of a cottage versus a hotel were brilliant, and perfect for kids to have enough freedom to relax too. A fantastic short walk to nearby Northlew allows access to a great little pub and children’s sports field / playground. We were greeted by owner Sharn as we arrived and her communications were great before and during the stay.
