An amazing place in the middle of the woods, though the popular bus stop to the center is 15 minutes walk away from it. All the amenities you can think of you'll find at the place, maybe except for a TV but there are better views to look at. Some lovely touches like a city and national park guides, that made our trip much more fun and organised.

The owner is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. The apartment is ideal for families and for longer stays. Unfortunately, we were unable to use all the facilities that the apartment has, but maybe next time. It is also cosy and silent and the seashore is very close to it. It is also close to Porvoo and some other nice sights.

An absolutely charming little place with the best of views to the archipelago. The Majamaja is a testament to minimalistic Nordic deco and a comfortable retreat to spend a couple of days, equipped with everything one needs to relax and enjoy a simple life near nature. The off-grid concept made the experience unique and was quite fascinating too. If you are prepared to let the sun guide your consumption of electricity and water (which is sort of the point), this place is a must to experience. Will definitely have a staycation here again!
Instructions for arrival and the inner workings of the Majamaja were clear and everything ran smoothly during our stay.

Beautiful, charming apartment located 10 minutes from airport. The decor and furnishings were exquisite, giving a true feeling of luxury, so I wished I could have stayed longer. The apartment even had a sauna (which I didn't use)! I would not change anything.
This is small cottage with 1 room, but it was nice, clean and cozy. The smell of wooden sauna is priceless. Area is very nice and quiet- all you can hear is birds song. We wnt by car, so it was very easy to move everywhere. I'm not sure is the location convinient without personal car.

Convenient apartment close to airport if you have early morning flight. Parking was very close. The apartment was nice and cozy and with the sauna. Host was very helpful and replied very fast.

Room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. The hotel itself has a very nice lobby with cozy corners in the lounge area. Check-In and check-out was super easy. Sauna and the gym is included in the price, which I really enjoyed. Walking distance from Terminal was 5 mins by foot which was a plus.
There’s a free private parking, the cottage is very warm and clean, the sauna is perfect - it is small yet spacious, it’s advantage is that it has not electrical stove but wood burning one. The host provides planks. Host’s homemade food is very tasty. As the cottage is in the suburbs, it is very quiet around. There are shops and gas stations nearby. There is also a beautiful national park not far away with public saunas near the lake. About 23 km away from city center (about 20 min). Overall a perfect stay.
