nothing. the staff are unhelpful, the property is dated and not sound proof. it is advertised for 6 people yet only provides 4 sunbeds, it advertises pool towels but provides none. we arrived at 8pm and were left with the wrong keys and it took two hours for them to provide the right ones whilst accusing us of lying about having the wrong keys, yet the cleaner turned up with the right ones 2 hours later, now 10pm. I completely understand these mistakes happen but being accused of lying isn’t the way to treat your paying customers

The best experience I can imagine in Palma. The best location of the house is next to the sea and the best restaurants. The house is very cozy. The Villa was perfect for our family of 6. Paul was friendly and helpful, he gave us good advice about the area. The views are incredible. The walk to the beach has tricky steps but is manageable.

The vila has exceeded my expectations. What a wonderful place! It feels even better in real than how beautiful it is in the pictures.
Everything we could even imagine was there. Towels, kitchen gadgets, shower gel...like everything! We felt like at a perfect home.
The location was great too. Anything in a comfortable driving distance and short walk from the villa a charming little natural beach and a beautiful evening walk with views.
The energy of the house is simply beautiful and I couldn't get enough of the calming views of the forest in distance above the pool.
The owner Catina communicated perfectly and was a kind warm lady.

was fantastic with a great size Terrace with a fantastic view. Very clean and cleaned every day to a great standard.
Staff were all brilliant and helpful.
We had an upper level junior panorama suite. It was spacious,clean, comfortable and the view was fabulous. The staff were genuinely helpful, attentive and friendly and all spoke excellent English. The location was ideal far from crowds with direct access to cosy beach yet within walking distance of other services, cafes and restaurants a large port with many restaurants.
Very attentive staff, very cozy rooms with free bottles of water and coffee capsule machines in the room. I have stayed a few times in this hotel and last time I had a free bottle of cava delivered to the room.

But needed to look at floor were hot tub was and coffee machine needed a good clean
We were in gold level so had a separate bit with pool
But needed some improvement
The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. They reception team were helpful. The food was lovely and the view from the restaurant was beautiful, you can see why the venue is popular to outside guests. The gardens were charming and well cared for. The overall feel of the place is warm and pleasing.

Good breakfast, however it was the same every day; so, by the end of our stay we could not eat it any more
Location: there is small beach 3 min from the hotel, another one in 9 min and two more 20-min walk from the hotel. Portal Nous is a charming small town, very quiet and relaxing
