We loved our stay at Jardines de Colón. It’s absolutely beautiful. We picked the room with a terrace, which has views across town and to the mountain beyond. The location is nice and central - up a steep hill but that’s all part of the charm of Alcala - and is really peaceful.
Our flight was delayed, meaning we didn’t arrive in Alcala until hours after check-in officially closed, but the staff very kindly made sure they were there to let us in, which was so helpful and saved us a lot of additional stress.
We really loved our stay and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Wonderfully rural ,converted farmhouse. Spacious, stunning views. Fabulous big pool, table tennis, boules , extensive grounds to explore . Well equipped kitchen , cosy lounge for the one cooler evening. Near enough to enjoy day trips to Granada, Nerja and Cordoba. Very helpful host and nearby family .
What a lovely place: calm, romantic, beautiful. Ideal for couple. With spectacular view, nice private pool, well equiped small house. We spent 3 days just 2 of us and it was a blast. Contact with host is easy, vilage is close. Dreams come true!
A quite place and a beautiful house with a gorgeaus view and aesthetic value, lovingliy designed in the middle of nowhere. We thank our hosts for their gorgeaus hospitality. Most important of all: the beds are huge and cosy and warm. We've slept heavenly.
Apartment was in a prime location at the foot of the Plaza España in the centre of town with 360° views. Warm, friendly welcome from Antonio. The 'balcony' turned out to be a sun terrace and I even got chance to test it..in February! A real sun trap. Montefrio is a wonderful, charming town, that also has a number of other tourist opportunities nearby.
