Very efficient arrival procedure to access keys and open gate. Old house, beautifully renovated to a high standard (we would have thought it was brand new), in a large garden full of fruit trees. We met the owner as we checked out, she was a charming lady, as was her English-speaking daughter.

The apartment was like your own home - everything you need to live was provided (not only during the short stay) or even more. The contact with the host was pretty great (via WhatsApp). The localization of the apartment is superb - it is situated by the river. Due to that the area of the house is very quiet and easy to reach by motorcycle/car (it is not situated in the main center or near the main road). The apartment provides nice parking place (outside of the fence). The apartment was sterile and clean.

It is a real farm with animals :) The place was very spacious, two bedrooms with four beds each and a large living room. In the kitchen is everything you need and the bathroom is nice and comfy. The staff is super friendly and ready to make you stay enjoyable. Great communication. When looking up the place, be careful to choose the correct Nová Ves, there is more of villages with this name nearby.

Great pool, very spacious accomodation even for a large group of people. It helps a lot if you can communicate in French or Czech with the hosts. Pardubice is nice and the area of the accomodation has some local shops and restaurants on the other side of the rail way. Large space for parking your car indoors.

A very nice place for the price / quality ratio.
The rooms were always very clean and nice. The stay was good and uneventful and the staff quite friendly.
The lodging is located a little away from the city center so it is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
A nice place, a bit unusual as there is no reception, so everything is more and less automated - organised by emails, SMS, and PINs. But in the end, rooms were clean, nice, comfortable, and cosy. The place is quiet, there is a place for cars inside closed gates, wifi works, moder TV with stream services, self services for drinks and limited food. Sort of scary on arrival as it looks deserted, at the end overall nice experience.
The location of hotel is super, right at the historical centre. Hotel is cute and cozy. Room was super clean. I would like to highlight especially hotel staff, all employees of the hotel were very nice and polite, super helpful, answered all questions related to accommodation, breakfast, check-in and check out. Breakfast was over all expectations, a lot of choices for everyone. I strongly recommend this hotel in the heart of Hradec Králové.

Good location close to the city. They also had a swimming pool and sauna, something which wasn’t in the info before, so nice surprise.
The apartment had all the facilities required, and it was a home away from home.
