We found the location the most beautiful, wonderfully quiet on a mountain slope of the Andes. The service was perfect and we were welcomed by a very friendly manager / owner who also speaks English and German. The service from the manager was great. He brought the food if you ordered it and it tasted great.

Lovely people, lovely property. Was well taken care of and the bed was fantastic. Even had a space heater in case you got chilly. Had hot drinks and a fire in the lodge area :) easy walk to the rocks for any climbers!
this place is amazing! On top of Julio & the other staff being super nice and helpful, taking us climbing, renting us the gear etc the hostel is really nice and cozy. It’s basically a house so it feels like being at home, we went climbing with the other guests and watched films on the projector in the living room. The kitchen is also great and has lots of hot chocolate and coffee AND there’s a washing machine!!!!
also location is perfect, just a short walk to the climbing, shops etc!
I loved this hostal! Felipe and Louisa are the sweetest and even if I just stayed 2 nights I really felt at home! it super close to the rock and Felipe took me climbing which was such an amazing experience! The hostal is small and cosy, the kitchen is very small but has the things you need and warm water in the showers! they were building a cafe at the moment I was there which will just make the place even cozier! would definitely go back again! :))))
There was an error on description of the mode of accomodation on booking (error of the Villa Ines and booking). So we got a small glamping house instead of cottage/bungalow. We have changed the house, paid the difference and found out, they have a price on booking different from what we have paid (smaller) and the mistake of the house description is still there. Even hough it take some time and some talk, we manage to get some refund (to pay equall price with the booking).
Beside this error, all was good.
Cozy little climber friendly hostel. But the real gem is the owner Felipe. Whether you are looking for a rock climbing guide, instructor, general information or just a friendly chat he is always there to help you and brighten up your day.
Everything was fantastic, well organized, clean, cozy, the food is delicious, the coffee is great same as the hot chocolate, the surrounding with walking path for easy walks with kids, a bit of adventure in a luxurious surrounding.
