Casa profunda was a pleasant surprise. In all honesty we picked the location mostly because of its apparent proximity to the airport, but we inmediately felt very much at home there and were in real doubt if we wanted to leave at all at the end of our booking period.

This place is a gem in the mountains. You are made to feel at home. The most amazing scenery. You can see different exotic plants and birds from the lodge. Awe inspiring trekking routes to explore like Cascada La Honda. Better internet connection than all the hostels I’ve stayed at in the city so it’s perfect for people looking to work remotely. The food is incredible. Best of all the musicians that play here are very talented. They have comedy and music nights Friday and Saturday - it’s a must visit place in Santa Elena. Nice cafes and a big supermarket a few minutes walk away.

The place is charmingly decorated! The employees are kind and nice! There was nothing missing! The apartments have everything - shampoo, conditioner, soap, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, comfortable beds, wardrobe, cute rooftop pool, sauna, gym (and washing machine and dryer that we could not operate) very much enjoyed the place and highly recommend
Conveniently located in El Poblado Dan Carlton offers cozy accommodation, swimming pool, sauna etc. Room was spacious and windows could be opened to get a fresh air. Checkin /checkout was rather fast.
Room had a mini bar too.
I wish, hotel would provide a complementary water bottles. It does not coast a lot but makes a positive impact.
