The location is on a busyish street but the house is superbly built and the traffic is therefore a non-issue. The benefit of this location is that it's easy to drive just about anywhere. The location is superb as it is very close to a shopping area (literally an easy walk of two blocks) with a wide variety of restaurants and easy access to groceries. The house is spacious and comfortable with a very well-appointed kitchen and seating for 6. We were 4 adults and a child and we never felt cramped anywhere. There are plenty of washrooms so once again, no one got in anyone's way.
The rooms are comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our 10-year-old LOVED the bunk bed situation and the fact that she could literally slide out of bed in the morning. Our hosts were exceptional and really came through for us. I wish that all hosts went the extra distance the way Kevin and Angela did. We really hated leaving as this was an ideal spot for us and a great launching pad for our multiple adventures in and around Vancouver.

A quiet and really clean place, a suburban safe haven. I booked one more night right away when i saw my room. The housekeeper is a righteous and wonderful person, I was injured in a scooter accident the first night and came there very late and he helped me bringing ALL my luggages and even my escooter in the room for me without asking nothing else than me having some good rest. This is truly a charming place to stay one or few nights! Thank you!
Somehow between Booking.com and Cozy Forest Home, the room I ordered was not the one offered me. Being handicap I ordered the room with a bathroom inside it, and not down 2 floors in the basement. The owner had the other rooms booked so the only room for me was impossible for me to use.
Bed was comfortable, room was big and airy, big tv with lots to do on it, great location, great staff. Loved the pool and hot tub, didn't get to use the sauna. Will definitely stay again.
I lived here for three days. A big cozy room, a big built-in closet for things, a big desk with drawers on the sides and an office chair, a big high bed.
I do programming, so the first thing I pay attention to is the desk and chair. My room had a comfortable workspace for that. Also, the house is far from a big road, so it's quiet day and night. There is a place to leave your luggage if you arrive early. Very friendly hostess. Overall, a good area for both tourism and a romantic trip.
