This is a new villa, fully furnished with everything you may need (no dishwasher) for a short or long stay. There are 3 AC in the villa - in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The yard behind the villa is great place to relax or cook your lunch /dinner on the BBQ, next time we will try it!
Didn't manage to walk a lot in the area, it's most likely for a car, as you enter the complex through a barrier and you pay the parking every time you get out,unless you have a daily card.
The owner is very helpful and professional, responsive. It is self check in which was great for us or someone who arrives late, for example.
Would recommend and would come again here with friends!

It’s all brand new and the house is as in the pictures.
They are building a new pool, so next year there will also be a nice back garden with a proper pool.
The property has 2 double bedrooms, one of which has also a small mezzanine where a child can sleep, one large bathroom and a large kitchen/dining area with a small terrace.
The German owners live on site in a separate house, which is nice so you don’t feel to isolated and they are very friendly and there was a good communication before we arrived as well.
We explored several beaches in the surrounding area, which are really nice, some are more crowded than others, but we had a nice time in all. Depending on the winds they can have more or less waves as well as some sea wead.
The property is in a very small village with no amenities, except a small 24 hour drink and snack vending machine and a snall store. Just 10 minutes by car you get in to Kavarna which has restaurants and shops.
Our daughter fell in love with the dog and the chicken and had a great time there.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Great option for traveling with kids, good location- in the resort with pool, 3 nice restaurants and a supermarket, with easy access to Heros Beach (8 minutes by car) (another one really close, that we didn't go to). Big apartment, really clean and cozy, we had all we needed for a great vacation. Helpful and polite host, Great value for money, definitely a good option for Topola.
Very nice apartment within the Kaliakrya resort. The resort has 17 buildings and 4-5 pools (only 3 available).
We had an easy checkin, the host let the key at the reception, and all went smoothly. Parking place ensured, no additional fee.
The apartment has generous space, a cosy living-room, and nice large balcony with see view. It's equipped also with a practical kitchinette.
The main pool is located right in front of the apartment, and it has also a nice pool-bar where you can have a beer/coffee/etc.
We were 3 people and we had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, an elegant living room with TV and fireplace, as well as a balcony with a sea view. Breakfast is served at El balcon del mondo , an elegant seaview restaurant . For dinner, you can reserve a table at the same restaurant, as well as at one with Italian specialties. Although the resort has a very large capacity, you don't feel the crowding, and the bars near the pools are excellent, with friendly staff.
Breakfast was good, rooms were nice and well equipped in terms of towels and linen. But as a self catering unit, it was not a great as expected. We often had to go to reception to ask for things that were not available in the room, such as pans, chopping boards, knives. Also, daily cleaning of rooms is included but the level of cleaning is very basic, where some days only fresh tools were brought in. Clean dishes were not packed away.
