Excellent location, cozy, well-equipped house with all necessary amenities. Bedrooms were great, each having their own bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The small living room with kids' games and toys was also a really nice touch. Everything was extremely clean and the host was very friendly. Jacuzzi and sauna were excellent.

The hotel staff were nice and quickly fixed a misunderstanding. The rooms were big enough, very clean, and cozy. The bathroom was great with big shower cabin. Good variety of food during breakfast.
The hotel appears to be newly renovated, boasting a welcoming lobby complete with comfortable chairs, a fireplace, and pleasant wood accents and scents. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the chef personally greeted us at breakfast to ask about our meal preferences. Though the room was slightly small, it was clean, cozy, and featured a balcony that offered mountain views, as well as a very comfortable bed.
Our recent stay at this charming apartment was delightful; very cosy, it felt like home away from home. Views of the golf course and mountains were incredible. It was easy to get around and everything was super close by. Spa and outdoor pool were super warm and uncrowded. The apartment was surprisingly quiet and had a lovely balcony to enjoy the view from. The host was welcoming and helpful, made our stay memorable. This place is a true gem and we will book it again!
The buffets for both breakfast and dinner were extensive with tasty food. The pool was nice, including the hot tub and sauna. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean (and cleaned well daily).
There was a great selection of food for breakfast including hot food, fruit, cereals, pastries etc. The hotel has a pool, sauna, steam and hot tub, however it gets very busy and there were lots of children there when we were staying which wasn't very relaxing.
The lodges and apartments exuded a cozy ambiance. The spa provided a delightful retreat, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Additionally, its proximity to both the main ski resort and the city center was highly convenient.
My brother and I had the most amazing week staying at Zigen House on a snow trip. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that was so homey and clean. Usually, I prefer more modern decor but the style of Zigen House is so charming - especially the fireplace in the dining area. We also used the sauna twice while staying and really enjoyed it.
Clean, cozy apartment with a beautiful renovation in a modern style. A beautiful, secluded place, there is a place to park the car. There is a ski track nearby, you can walk along it in summer, and in winter it is convenient to approach with skis. The apartment has everything for cooking, also appreciated the bar counter and an electric fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere. I definitely recommend choosing this apartment! It is especially suitable for a romantic weekend.
The restaurant and lounge/lobby area is really nice. It's spacious with enough space to relax, it has a nice fireplace and in general a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere. It has this cool mountain lodge vibe. Service and food at the restaurant at dinner were really good and for the Bansko area I think fairly priced!
Really modern chalet overall. All 8 bedrooms were spacious and clean with en-suites. Great location less than a 10 min walk from the gondola and close to restaurants and bars but the chalet itself is really quite.
The host had clear communication and happy to help whenever needed.
The chalet also has a hot tub and sauna which was always clean ( although shared with the sister lodge, we never found this an issue).
