The village is an absolute gem, with forests and nice villas all around, tall firtrees where squirls roam, birds sing and the wind whistles tenderly.
The description of the villa is just, it is a spacious house, well suited for its purpose. The kitchen has 2 friges and 2 ovens which was a blessing, as we had a grand dinner during our stay. The dishwasher is a must in large accomodations and we used it plenty of times.
The diningroom and the livingroom are large enough to hold all the guests and we had a great time sitting by the fireplace or relaxing in the massage chair.
The heating sistem works fine and there were no issues with the hot water.
I stayed in the attic room and the sunrise from the balcony was beautiful.
Our host was very helpful whenever we called and communication was top notch.
There is room for about 5-6 cars in fhe courtyard; for shopping we used the shops in Dolna Banya - a few minutes away by car; Borovets is just 20.minutes away if one should want to go skiing or trekking.

Everything was perfect from start to finish!!
The house was better than expected; all the things we needed, and more.
There was a lovely ‘snug’ room with pool table for the kids, tv and dvd, and outside an amazing hot-tub in the garden full of trees and snow. The sauna was amazing too.
The house was lovely and warm, cosy and the beds were huge and comfortable.
Vasco, our contact, was super helpful; always contactable for advice. He even made sure an item that we left behind was returned to us.
We would love to return, (maybe even in the summer to make the most of the swimming pool and garden!)

I loved the seclusion of this chalet—being surrounded by nature with no nearby hotels or chalets was perfect. The front sitting area and barbecue spot were great, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, with the forest right behind you. The furniture, both inside and outside, was of high quality, though the sofa could use replacing as it was broken. The internet was fast, which was a plus. If you enjoy walking, there's a lovely path to the center, where you'll find restaurants and shops, about 25 minutes away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We made a bachelor party there and everything went amazing! The staff was great they answered all of our questions to make this event truly memorable. It was having everything you needed for your nights. You only needs to bring drinks and food or even only drinks as they are also offering to prepare you the food both lunch and dinner.
The property has and dogs which are very cute and friendly - which for us was a bonus points as we love animals.
It is in quiet place in the forest and very close to the Iskar Dam and some little market shops which you can get everything you needed.
They had and BBQ which was fully loaded to be fired up!
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The communication with the host was flawless. The house was very spacious and very warm. We enjoyed the 2 fireplaces and the big kitchen with lots of appliances, a great cafe machine, and an ice machine. Will definitely visit again!
We really liked all facilities in the house - huge kitchen, dishwasher, oven, two fridges, two fireplaces, long table that can fit many people; comfy living room and an amazing massage chair! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. :))

Very cosy and warm house. The living room was really nice with comfy sofas and fireplace. Rooms were clean and tidy. The outdoor BBQ was also nice. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly.
amazing experience, comfortable house with all necessary for a fantastic stay. we were group of 15 and felt like at home, prep our own food, played in the garden, relaxing and having perfect time. self check in, responsive owners and cozy atmosphere. kids and dogs friendly. nothing to be recommended- it’s just perfect
