Perfect if you have car and may drive everyday to key ski lifts (nearest connected to all regional mountains is Hauser Kaibling). 2-floor house with 3 separated bedrooms (one with own shower/toilet), additional living room, very well-equipped kitchen with all kitchenware you may need. Some sentimental games (Master Mind), accessories and traditional decor inside. Plenty of towels. Room to keep skis, washing maschine, sauna and foodball in the basement. Good, efficient heating. Backyard and terrasse available but not very handy in the wintertime.
